The Valterra previously known as Anglo-American is looking for 5 suitable individuals to join their programme in Matotolo Mine. The Mototolo mine is located south west of Burgersfort in Limpopo. a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand your technical knowledge, and explore the exciting world of engineering within the mining industry.

Boilermaker plater (1 position)
Auto electrician (1 position)
Diesel Mechanic (2 positions)
Electrician (1 position)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- You need a minimum N2 or higher with all subjects as per the specific Discipline requirements below;
- NCV level 4 with (minimum of 40% pass mark)
- Grade 12 with mathematics and physical science( minimum of 40% pass mark). (No mathematic literacy)
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH TRADE ?
For boilermaker plating you will need Plating & Structural Steelwork/ Welders Theory and Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings, Mathematics & Engineering Science.
For diesel mechanic you will need knowledge Diesel/ Motor Trade Theory, Engineering Drawings, Mathematics & Engineering Science.
For auto electrician you will need Motor Electrical Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics, Mathematics & Engineering Science
For electrician: you will need knowledge on Electrical Trade Theory /Electrotechnology/ Electrotechnics and Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings, Mathematics & Engineering Science.
Or NCV level 4 in appropriate trade with all subjects passed with a minimum 40% pass.
all trades require you to have knowledge of trade theory with some requiring engineering drawings.
