WHO CAN I APPLY?
If you are a South African graduate or permanent resident of South Africa and you are completing your undergraduate degree / NQF level 7 (or equivalent) by the end of 2026. If you are from Lesotho, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Mozambique, DRC, Kenya and Egypt you are also encouraged to apply. The programme is looking for candidates showing potential leadership traits, for example accountability, empowerment and clear communication.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) the degree can either be a B-com, B-tech or Bsc.
- minimum of 65% average mark for completed or most recent academic results.
A national diploma (NQF level 6) will only be considered in these following areas.

- Electrical / Electronic Engineering
